How to reach the cryptoetf.guide research desk — corrections, data disputes, press enquiries — and the questions we are not able to answer.
Email us
One address, read by the people who write the site. We aim to respond to substantive corrections quickly and to everything else as time allows.
Corrections and data disputes
These are the emails we most want to receive. Several tables on this site are more accurate because a reader took the time to point out something we had wrong.
To make it fast to act on, please include:
- The page URL.
- The specific figure or statement you believe is wrong.
- What you believe the correct figure is.
- Where you got it — ideally an issuer fact sheet, a prospectus or an SEC filing.
We check every correction against the issuer's own disclosure or the relevant filing. Where you are right, we fix it and update the page's review date. Where we disagree, we will tell you why rather than simply not replying. Our full approach is set out in the editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
| If you need | Who to ask |
|---|---|
| Advice on whether to buy a fund, or how much | A licensed financial adviser. We are not licensed and cannot advise on your situation. |
| Help with your own tax return or basis | A qualified tax professional, with your actual 1099 or local equivalent in hand. |
| A problem with an order, a fill or a transfer | Your broker. We have no access to any account anywhere. |
| Recovery of lost crypto or a lost seed phrase | Nobody can help with this, and anyone who says they can is running a scam. |
| A dispute with an exchange or fund | The venue's complaints process first, then the relevant regulator. |
| Price predictions | We do not publish them and would not trust anyone who does. |
We are an information publisher. We do not hold client money, execute orders, custody assets or provide personalised advice of any kind.
