Guide
Disclaimer
cryptoetf.guide is an independent information site. Nothing here is financial advice, we are unaffiliated with any issuer, and crypto exchange-traded products carry substantial risk of loss.
Not financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing published on cryptoetf.guide constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, digital asset or product, an offer or solicitation of any kind, or an assessment of whether any investment is suitable for you.
We do not know your income, tax position, existing holdings, time horizon, obligations or risk tolerance, and none of our content is tailored to them. Where we describe what we would do — clearly marked as opinion — that is a statement of our reasoning, not guidance for your situation.
We are not licensed as investment advisers, broker-dealers or tax practitioners in any jurisdiction. Consult a professional who is, and who can look at your actual circumstances.
Independence and affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of BlackRock, iShares, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, ARK Invest, 21Shares, VanEck, Invesco, Galaxy, Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, CoinShares, Valkyrie, ProShares, REX Shares, Osprey, Volatility Shares, Canary Capital, Purpose Investments, ChinaAMC, Morgan Stanley, Vanguard, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Robinhood, E*TRADE, Merrill, Interactive Brokers, Coinbase, Anchorage Digital, BitGo, any securities exchange, any regulator, or any other company named on this site.
Some outbound links point to commercial platforms and those relationships help fund the research. No fund issuer pays for coverage, placement, ranking or the removal of criticism. See our editorial policy.
Risk warning
Crypto assets are highly volatile. Bitcoin has repeatedly fallen more than 50% from prior highs, and it declined roughly 27% in the year to March 2026. You can lose the entire amount you invest, and past performance tells you nothing reliable about future returns.
Exchange-traded products holding crypto carry the full price risk of the underlying asset. The fund wrapper is a delivery mechanism, not a hedge, and it does nothing to reduce volatility. Additional risks specific to these products — custody concentration, fund closure forcing a taxable event, bid-ask spreads, tracking difference and unsettled tax treatment — are set out in crypto ETF risks.
Leveraged and inverse products reset daily and can lose value in volatile markets regardless of direction. Do not hold them beyond their intended horizon without understanding the decay maths — see how to short a Bitcoin ETF.
Accuracy and timeliness
We research carefully and we make mistakes. Fund fees, assets under management, net asset values, flows, prices, tickers, availability and regulatory positions all change — frequently daily. Every table on this site prints the date we verified it.
Content is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that the information is complete, current or accurate at the time you read it, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it. Confirm every figure against the issuer's own fact sheet, prospectus or SEC filing before acting.

No insurance against loss
Crypto held within an exchange-traded product is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation against a decline in the value of the underlying asset. SIPC protection applies to the failure of your brokerage firm, covering your shares as securities — it does not protect the value of the crypto behind them.
Crypto held on an exchange is likewise not protected against market loss. Custodians carry commercial crime and cyber insurance covering theft and specified operational failures, at limits well below total assets under custody. No policy anywhere insures you against the price falling.
External links
We link to third-party websites for reference and convenience. We do not control them, we are not

an endorsement. Outbound commercial links carry rel="nofollow". Review any third
party's own terms, disclosures and regulatory status before dealing with them.
Jurisdiction and eligibility

Availability of the products described differs by country and by investor category. Rules on eligibility, distribution, tax and reporting are your responsibility to establish locally. Our country guides are orientation, not a determination that any product is available or suitable for you.
